Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator (Banking) to provide administrative support and assist with project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with project delivery and administration of multiple installation projects throughout their life cycle
  • Maintain, communicate, and distribute project details in accordance with company and client requirements
  • Coordinate with various business areas and prepare project invoices and documentation for project closeout
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1-3 years of administrative support or office management experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Word and Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong financial analytical skills for cost control
