Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to provide project coordination and management support for quality improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics, develop materials, and monitor expenditures for a member-facing grant program
- Ensure compliance with grant program requirements by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct research and develop educational materials, project management tools, and track financial reimbursements
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree is preferred; an associate's degree with five years of relevant experience is required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with basic financial tracking and accounting procedures
- Self-motivated and flexible, with a high degree of professionalism
