Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to support utility engineering and construction projects in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides administrative support to project team members and maintains project-related files
  • Collaborates with Project Managers to ensure project execution aligns with deadlines and internal standards
  • Assists in the execution of internal QMS programs to ensure quality in project management
Required Qualifications
  • Advanced computer skills for Microsoft Office Suite
  • Associates degree in a relevant field or equivalent job experience; Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with experience in prioritizing and coordinating multiple projects
  • Ability to work independently and provide administrative support to teams
  • Ability to pass a post-offer drug and alcohol test in compliance with Federal regulations
