Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to provide administrative assistance to the Learning & Development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule meetings and ensure attendance of relevant parties
  • Prepare agendas and distribute detailed recap notes from meetings
  • Maintain project schedules and create presentations for L&D materials
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • 2+ years experience in a project coordinator role
  • Experience with scheduling software (preferably SmartSheets)
  • Advanced skills in Google Docs and spreadsheets
  • Experience with L&D and creative workflow processes is a plus
  • Self-starter with strong self-initiative
