Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to provide administrative assistance to the Learning & Development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings and ensure attendance of relevant parties
- Prepare agendas and distribute detailed recap notes from meetings
- Maintain project schedules and create presentations for L&D materials
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years experience in a project coordinator role
- Experience with scheduling software (preferably SmartSheets)
- Advanced skills in Google Docs and spreadsheets
- Experience with L&D and creative workflow processes is a plus
- Self-starter with strong self-initiative
