Project Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator responsible for managing the diagnostic survey process for HR clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch and deliver a range of HR surveys, including Employee Engagement and Exit surveys
• Lead client scoping calls to understand goals and build project plans
• Maintain quality assurance processes and address client questions while managing expectations

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a related field
• Undergraduate degree
• High proficiency with Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with employee surveys and/or research is desirable
• Familiarity with survey software and quality assurance practices is a plus
