Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to provide operational and administrative support within the Incident Management function.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project meetings and follow-ups across multiple teams and time zones
- Maintain accurate documentation, track action items, and support Incident Managers during operational incidents
- Identify and document continuous process improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related area, or 1-3 years of related experience
- Proven ability to perform independent data analysis
- Experience in competitive retail electricity and natural gas markets is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office software
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
