Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to provide operational and administrative support within the Incident Management function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project meetings and follow-ups across multiple teams and time zones
  • Maintain accurate documentation, track action items, and support Incident Managers during operational incidents
  • Identify and document continuous process improvement opportunities


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related area, or 1-3 years of related experience
  • Proven ability to perform independent data analysis
  • Experience in competitive retail electricity and natural gas markets is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office software
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
