Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to join its Clinical Trial Experience Project Delivery team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project team in creating and managing project estimates and schedules, adjusting as necessary
• Coordinate with external vendors and ensure client expectations are met during project delivery
• Monitor project progress and report on financial health, identifying budgetary risks with guidance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 0-2 years of experience in Project Management or related fields, such as marketing or communications
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical sectors is a plus
• Willingness to learn Project Management fundamentals
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively
