Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator I to plan and coordinate internal projects from initiation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and maintain project requirement lists and provide weekly project updates
  • Schedule and coordinate project reviews, document actions and decisions from meetings
  • Assist with monitoring project plans, schedules, and identifying trends or recurring problems
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school with 0 to 2 years of related experience
  • Flexibility to work both office and remote commitments, with occasional adjustments to work hours
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Understanding or previous experience with ticketing systems and/or project management systems preferred
