Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to support a large program across multiple business and technical workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for program governance meetings and executive reviews
- Capture and publish meeting minutes, decisions, risks, issues, and action items
- Maintain RAID logs and delivery dashboards, ensuring data accuracy with the PMO
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience coordinating IT or business transformation projects/programs
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and PM tools like Jira or Smartsheet
- Experience tracking risks, issues, and project actions
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across various levels
- Experience supporting PMO operations or high visibility enterprise programs is preferred
