Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to support a large program across multiple business and technical workstreams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for program governance meetings and executive reviews
  • Capture and publish meeting minutes, decisions, risks, issues, and action items
  • Maintain RAID logs and delivery dashboards, ensuring data accuracy with the PMO
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience coordinating IT or business transformation projects/programs
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and PM tools like Jira or Smartsheet
  • Experience tracking risks, issues, and project actions
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across various levels
  • Experience supporting PMO operations or high visibility enterprise programs is preferred
