Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document, update, and maintain project and program schedules
  • Support and track key risks and issues, keeping logs accurate and current
  • Administer key meetings including logistics, meeting minutes, and follow-ups
Required Qualifications
  • B.S. or equivalent degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-5 years in project management, project coordination, or managing consulting experience
  • Emerging experience in project and program management lifecycle, tools, and processes
  • Basic experience with program management tools such as Smartsheet & Jira
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Visio, Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint, Teams)
