Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new regional grocery merchants
• Maintain communication with Local Express and the Catalog team to ensure project progress and resolve any issues
• Manage weekly calls with stakeholders to track outstanding tasks and blockers

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in project management or customer success management with client-facing experience
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
• Proven ability to track and manage various moving parts in onboarding and account management
