Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Coordinator II to plan and coordinate internal projects from initiation to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and maintain project requirement lists and provide weekly updates
- Schedule and coordinate project reviews, follow up on assigned actions, and document meeting outcomes
- Monitor project plans, schedules, and expenditures while collaborating with regional teams
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent with 2 to 5 years of related experience
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and/or project management systems
- Understanding of a technology-driven environment
- Flexibility to work both in-office and remotely, with occasional adjustments to work hours
