Job Summary

A company is looking for an ALTA Project Coordinator to provide technical and administrative support to field and operations staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate contract administration, purchase orders, and change orders
  • Set up projects in digital platforms and track project progress to ensure timely delivery
  • Assist with vendor recruitment and onboarding while maintaining compliance and communication with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required; some college preferred
  • Minimum of two years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency in operating a computer and knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and project management software
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret project documents and governmental regulations
  • Must have a cell phone and supply your own internet service
