Job Summary
A company is looking for an ALTA Project Coordinator to provide technical and administrative support to field and operations staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate contract administration, purchase orders, and change orders
- Set up projects in digital platforms and track project progress to ensure timely delivery
- Assist with vendor recruitment and onboarding while maintaining compliance and communication with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required; some college preferred
- Minimum of two years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in operating a computer and knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and project management software
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret project documents and governmental regulations
- Must have a cell phone and supply your own internet service
