Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Project Coordinator on the 3rd Shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary remote point of contact for on-site technicians during overnight installations
• Perform administrative tasks related to documentation and work orders, ensuring timely equipment delivery
• Review project deliverables, including pre- and post-installation photos, for accuracy and compliance

Required Qualifications and Education

• 1+ years of experience in a related field
• High School Diploma
• Basic understanding of networking concepts such as network ports and IP-based systems
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work overnight hours and adapt to changing priorities
