Job Summary

Project Coordinator delivers small implementation projects by planning, coordinating, tracking, and communicating for small- to mid-sized customer initiatives in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the coordination and execution of small to mid-sized projects from initiation through completion
  • Maintain project plans, schedules, task lists, and documentation
  • Engage team in continuous process improvement for implementation projects
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in small project management/coordination, or related role
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles and lifecycle
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Demonstrated competency with personal computers and business-related software, including project management tools
