Job Summary

Supporting the successful execution of projects, the remote Project Coordinator will manage schedules, maintain project documentation, and facilitate communication between stakeholders in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities:
  • Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and information to ensure timely completion of project tasks
  • Maintaining and updating project documentation to ensure accuracy and timely access to records
  • Communicating with cross-functional teams to provide status updates and ensure alignment on project objectives
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related field preferred, or relevant experience in project coordination
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable with a commitment to supporting successful project execution
