Job Summary

Detail-oriented and highly organized, the remote Contract Project Coordinator will support a large-scale Telecom Construction Rollout project by managing project documentation, order tracking, and administrative coordination while collaborating with the PMO team and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, maintain, and update project tracking tools, dashboards, and documentation
  • Utilize Avetta to monitor compliance and credentialing documentation
  • Prepare and distribute order status reports and meeting recaps, ensuring timely escalation of issues
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in telecom or construction
  • Proficiency in Scopeworker for scope and work order management
  • Experience with Avetta for compliance and credentialing tracking
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
