Job Summary
To support the Proposal Team, the full-time Project Coordinator will manage project plans, coordinate business development artifacts, and maintain document libraries in SharePoint while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring project progress and deadlines
- Prepare reports and documentation to support responses to various proposal requests
- Maintain and organize document libraries using a metadata structure for future retrieval
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in business coordination or project facilitation
- Experience with Government contractors providing IT services is highly desired
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly SharePoint, Teams, and Project
- Experience developing documentation using a metadata structure is preferred
