Job Summary

To support the Proposal Team, the full-time Project Coordinator will manage project plans, coordinate business development artifacts, and maintain document libraries in SharePoint while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring project progress and deadlines
  • Prepare reports and documentation to support responses to various proposal requests
  • Maintain and organize document libraries using a metadata structure for future retrieval
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in English, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in business coordination or project facilitation
  • Experience with Government contractors providing IT services is highly desired
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly SharePoint, Teams, and Project
  • Experience developing documentation using a metadata structure is preferred
