Project Coordinator

Job Summary

To support the Music & Content Business Development team, the remote Project Coordinator will manage deal operations from signing through payout, collaborating cross-functionally and maintaining tracking and reporting of deals over a one-year contract.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with music business development teams to gather deal pipeline and forecasts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contracts are executed according to timelines
• Support the onboarding of new music partners and maintain ongoing tracking of deals through the lifecycle

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in media, technology, or a relevant industry
• Ability to meet multiple objectives in a fast-paced environment
• Creative, resourceful, and highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners
• Demonstrated experience in communication and presentation skills
