Job Summary

To support the Marketing and Professional Relations team, the part-time Project Coordinator will manage the end-to-end contracting processes, including preparation, submission, tracking, and execution of contracts with healthcare professionals, vendors, and third-party partners, all conducted remotely during normal business hours (EST).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all Professional Relations contracts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance throughout the contract lifecycle
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support contract execution and payment processing
  • Track contract status and drive timely execution while maintaining accurate documentation and reporting of contract activity
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare contracting, operations, or related function
  • Strong experience managing contract lifecycle processes with Legal/Compliance teams
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems for contract submission and financial reconciliation
  • Experience working with external vendors and managing multiple contracts simultaneously
