Job Summary

To support a large and strategically important program, the remote Project Coordinator will manage scheduling, logistics, and communication across multiple workstreams while maintaining delivery rhythm and program governance over a 12+ month contract.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for program-level governance meetings and executive reviews
  • Capture and publish meeting minutes, decisions, risks, issues, and action items
  • Maintain RAID logs, dependency trackers, and delivery dashboards, ensuring data accuracy in collaboration with the PMO
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience coordinating IT or business transformation projects/programs
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and PM tools (Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent)
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Experience tracking risks, issues, and project actions
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability
