Job Summary
To support a large and strategically important program, the remote Project Coordinator will manage scheduling, logistics, and communication across multiple workstreams while maintaining delivery rhythm and program governance over a 12+ month contract.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for program-level governance meetings and executive reviews
- Capture and publish meeting minutes, decisions, risks, issues, and action items
- Maintain RAID logs, dependency trackers, and delivery dashboards, ensuring data accuracy in collaboration with the PMO
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience coordinating IT or business transformation projects/programs
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and PM tools (Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent)
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Experience tracking risks, issues, and project actions
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability
