Job Summary
Working remotely in the MST/PST time zones, the full-time Services Project Coordinator will manage end-to-end oversight of installation jobs, ensuring timely communication and support for customers, service providers, and vendors.
Key responsibilities
- Provide installation job support through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring effective communication with customers and service providers
- Coordinate project scheduling and product delivery to meet service level agreements, while managing compliance documentation
- Document all project interactions and resolve post-project issues, maintaining accurate records in relevant technology tools
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience in project coordination or the remodeling/construction industry is preferred
- Familiarity with project management functions is advantageous
- Experience in a contact center environment is a plus
