Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing data center infrastructure client, the remote Project Coordinator will manage project coordination activities, assist with meeting management, and provide administrative support to ensure projects stay on schedule and aligned across stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day coordination support to Program Leadership across multiple active projects, including organizing schedules and maintaining project trackers
  • Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, capture meeting notes, and track action items for timely completion
  • Serve as a point of contact for project communications, building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Required qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, program coordination, or related fields
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and learn new systems quickly
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
