Job Summary
To support the Integrated Care Initiatives team, the full-time Project Coordinator will manage project timelines, coordinate events, and handle operational budget processing while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor project timelines, ensuring effective communication of project needs
- Support scheduling, documentation, and logistics for planning processes and events
- Provide excellent customer service to coworkers, volunteers, and vendors, responding to requests in a timely manner
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Three (3) years of experience in project coordination and basic accounting processes
- Demonstrated ability to prepare written and presentation communications
- Proven customer service skills
- Preferred: Two (2) years of meeting or event planning experience
