Job Summary

Supporting the Technical Account Management team, the full-time remote Project Coordinator will coordinate and monitor project operations, implement Agile best practices, and ensure effective communication while assisting with project delivery and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities:
  • Assist Technical Account Managers and Agile Leads in planning and executing core project components
  • Coordinate project meetings, track status, and escalate issues for corrective action
  • Monitor project plans, provide reporting, and ensure targets are met
Required qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in an IT environment working with internal clients and business units
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools
  • Understanding of project management concepts and experience with budgeting and forecasting
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage client expectations
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively under the direction of Technical Account Managers
