Job Summary

Supporting the successful execution of customer research projects, the full-time remote Project Coordinator will manage participant recruitment, oversee project requests, and ensure smooth project operations while working a Thursday to Monday schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET.

Key responsibilities
  • Review and QA customer-submitted research requests to ensure readiness for recruitment
  • Launch and coordinate participant recruitment through the User Interviews platform while managing a high volume of concurrent requests
  • Communicate project updates and recommendations to customers through Zendesk email and live chat
Required qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing or operations role
  • Experience using Zendesk or a similar ticketing platform for managing customer requests
  • Proven ability to manage 20-50+ tickets or requests daily in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus
