Job Summary

To facilitate end-to-end oversight of installation projects, the full-time remote Services Project Coordinator will manage customer interactions, track project progress, and coordinate with service providers and vendors to ensure timely job completion.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and manage outbound communications to provide installation job support and updates
  • Conduct initial contact with customers and service providers to verify project scope and expectations
  • Document all project interactions and manage compliance documents in the appropriate systems
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience in project coordination or the remodeling/construction industry is preferred
  • Familiarity with project management functions
  • Experience in a contact center environment is a plus
