Project Coordinator

Job Summary

To support the delivery of HR diagnostics, the full-time remote Project Coordinator will manage the launch and execution of various HR surveys, including Employee Engagement and Exit surveys, while fostering relationships with HR leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the successful launch and delivery of HR surveys, ensuring alignment with client goals through scoping calls and project planning
• Build, test, and launch surveys while addressing participant inquiries and maintaining quality assurance processes
• Utilize proprietary survey software to meet client diagnostic needs and identify opportunities for process improvement

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Undergraduate degree
• High proficiency with Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
