Project Coordinator

Job Summary

To support the One Revenue Cycle initiative, the full-time remote Project Coordinator will manage access provisioning to Payor Websites, perform scheduled IT production tasks, and monitor automated processes to ensure seamless IT services for end users.

Key responsibilities:

• Provision access to Payor Websites and perform scheduled IT production tasks
• Monitor automated processes to prevent disruptions in IT services
• Act as a liaison to OneIS, EPIC, or Rev Cycle System Support resources for operational teams

Required qualifications:

• 5 years of general office experience
• 3 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience
• Proven ability to organize, plan, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
