Job Summary
To support project managers in executing and monitoring projects, the full-time Project Coordinator will assist in developing project plans, coordinating activities, and tracking progress while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support project managers in creating project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings and preparing documentation
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the life sciences industry
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and time management skills
