Job Summary
Supporting project management efforts, the full-time Project Coordinator will coordinate tenant improvements, capital improvements, and building repairs while maintaining financial data and ensuring project compliance in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices associated with projects across multiple platforms
- Maintain and report all financial data related to projects, including purchase order requisitions and invoice processing
- Issue regular status reports and collaborate with project/facility manager teams to ensure project completion and risk management
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architecture, construction, or project management preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, SmartSheet, and TEAMS
- Familiarity with Yardi, Power BI, SharePoint, and basic accounting knowledge is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
