Job Summary

To support the Global Navigator High School Study Abroad department, the remote Project Coordinator will manage administrative, technical, and operational projects, improve tracking systems, and create training materials while working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Build, maintain, and improve program applications in the application management system, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Create and enhance tracking systems and operational workflows for student enrollment and other initiatives
  • Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and develop scalable solutions through technology and documentation
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or international equivalent
  • Minimum of two years of experience in administrative, operational, or project coordination roles
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience with large data sets and reporting tools
  • Strong technical aptitude with experience in CRM, database, or project management systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear SOPs and training materials
