Managing client relationships and overseeing project timelines, the part-time Associate Large Market Project Coordinator 1 will ensure effective stakeholder communication while working remotely on a contract basis.

• Manage multiple project timelines while maintaining attention to detail and meeting strict deadlines
• Utilize CRM software and project management tools for daily tasks and workload prioritization

Required qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a client-facing role such as Account Manager or similar
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow) and project management tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong organizational and time management skills
