Job Summary
Managing client relationships and overseeing project timelines, the contract Project Coordinator will work remotely to ensure effective stakeholder communication and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate and influence key stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Manage project timelines and prioritize multiple projects while adhering to strict deadlines
- Utilize CRM software and project management tools for daily tasks and maintain effective working relationships with peers and customers
Required qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in a client-facing role such as Account Manager or similar
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow) and project management tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
