Job Summary
Supporting the end-to-end delivery of multiple installation projects, the full-time remote Project Coordinator will manage project documentation, track tasks and materials, and ensure timely communication and reporting throughout the project life cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with project delivery and administration throughout the project life cycle
- Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure projects meet client expectations and are completed on time and within budget
- Maintain and distribute project details while documenting actions in the project management application
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-3 years of administrative support or office management experience preferred
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong financial analytical skills, including cost control
