Job Summary
To support a diverse portfolio of projects, the entry-level Project Coordinator will manage client expectations, facilitate communication across internal teams, and assist in project and financial management in a full-time capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure timely project delivery by managing expectations and providing regular updates on status, risks, and timelines
- Assist senior colleagues with administrative tasks, project routing, and maintaining project files and budgets
- Coordinate meetings and internal communications, distilling notes into actionable next steps for stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in health sciences, marketing, or communications
- At least one year of work or related experience in a healthcare, marketing, or communications agency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and beginner-level Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with publication management software is a plus
