Job Summary
Managing project quoting and documentation, the full-time remote Project Coordinator will assist in aligning project objectives with deadlines, communicate with internal and external teams for issue resolution, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project quoting, ensuring alignment with project objectives and deadlines
- Identify issues in scope and communicate with external and internal teams for resolution
- Maintain accurate project documentation and manage customer support inquiries via phone and email
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a business environment
- General business background with knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- BS or BA Degree or similar experience
