Job Summary

Coordinating well-defined projects remotely, the full-time Project Coordinator will track progress, assist with documentation, and support project implementations while ensuring effective communication across teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Plans and communicates project performance, monitors progress, and mitigates risks
  • Assists in overseeing project tasks, establishes milestones, and prepares progress reports
  • Evaluates existing or proposed projects and recommends improvements while managing stakeholder relationships
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field, or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
  • At least 1 year of project-related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to exercise good judgment in project planning and execution
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
