Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time Project Coordinator will bridge the gap between Sales and Implementation, ensuring a smooth transition from contract signing to project kickoff while working remotely or in a hybrid capacity from Toronto.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend final sales calls to capture key implementation details and relay relevant information to internal stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the post-sale, pre-implementation phase, maintaining engagement and trust
  • Manage client setup activities, including enabling subscriptions and coordinating documentation for a smooth onboarding process
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as Sales Support, Customer Success, or Project Coordination
  • Familiarity with project and client success platforms (e.g., ChurnZero, Salesforce, JIRA)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and timelines simultaneously
  • Comfortable making outbound calls to re-engage clients and reviewing client data files for completeness
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to evolving client needs and internal priorities
