Job Summary
Supporting client programs and projects remotely, the full-time Project Coordinator will manage operational coordination, project tracking, and reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and organizational consistency.
Key responsibilities
- Assist Account Managers with project coordination, setup activities, and execution documentation
- Maintain project tracking systems and support reporting preparation and data organization across projects
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure project visibility, address risks, and drive operational consistency
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, account support, or operations coordination
- Experience with project tracking systems or workflow management platforms
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with Airtable, Salesforce, Smartsheet, or similar systems preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
