Job Summary
To support a growing team, the contract Project Coordinator will manage day-to-day project execution, oversee Smartsheet infrastructure, and ensure timely completion of tasks while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day execution across client projects, tracking tasks, owners, milestones, and deadlines
- Build and maintain project plans, checklists, and status trackers to keep the team and stakeholders aligned
- Serve as the team's Smartsheet expert, improving dashboards and automations for real-time visibility into program status
Required Qualifications
- B.A./B.S. or equivalent work experience
- Experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar revenue-supporting function
- Expert-level proficiency in Smartsheet, including formulas, automations, dashboards, and reporting
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels
