Job Summary
To support the Ramp & Readiness team, the full-time temporary Project Coordinator will manage day-to-day execution of projects, own the Smartsheet infrastructure, and coordinate stakeholder requests in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day execution across Ramp & Readiness projects, tracking tasks, milestones, and deadlines
- Serve as the Smartsheet expert, building and maintaining dashboards and trackers for real-time program visibility
- Manage the intake process for new requests, triaging and routing them to the appropriate owners efficiently
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement or sales operations
- Expert-level proficiency in Smartsheet, including formulas and reporting
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience in cross-functional coordination
- Highly organized with a proactive approach to task execution and follow-through
