Job Summary
Managing day-to-day project implementation, the full-time Project Coordinator will maintain project schedules and costs while coordinating with management and contractors in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Administer local contracts and ensure compliance with bonding and insurance requirements
- Track and report on Outside Plant (OSP) project progress, assisting with budget management and quality reporting
- Coordinate permits and leases with city, state, and county agencies, as well as manage materials inventory
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or one to two years of related experience; telecom experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents
- Experience in data reporting and communication across all organizational levels
