Job Summary

To support a dynamic team in a hybrid work environment, the temporary Project Coordinator will manage complex calendars, coordinate team communications, and assist with project administration while working onsite Tuesday through Thursday in Chicago.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage Outlook calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
  • Coordinate team communications, prepare executive-level presentations, and support onboarding activities
  • Assist with project administration, including budget tracking, invoicing, and organizing team events
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Executive Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, or similar roles
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Experience planning meetings, workshops, and corporate events
  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Experience supporting senior executives or large-scale transformation programs
