Job Summary
Supporting the Federal Construction team, the full-time Project Coordinator will provide administrative assistance, manage document control systems, and perform financial tracking for construction projects at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative support to engineering and construction project teams
- Coordinate with teams to establish and manage document control systems for assigned projects
- Perform financial tracking of projects, including contract costs, invoicing, and forecasts
Required qualifications:
- Associate's degree in business, project management, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least three years of experience as a project coordinator or in an administrative support role
- Exposure to large scale construction projects involving upgrades, renovations, and retrofits is desirable
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with project management software
- Valid Driver's License in good standing issued by resident state
