Project Coordinator
Job Summary
Owning the intake queue, the contract Project Coordinator III will oversee campaign communication, maintain a playbook, and drive campaigns to live while working remotely in the EST or CST time zones.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the intake queue by triaging lead repo/campaign requests and tracking tickets against published SLAs
- Drive campaigns through their lifecycle, ensuring timely data loads and Salesforce campaign creation
- Facilitate daily standups and maintain the marketing-sponsor playbook to ensure project alignment
Required qualifications
- Experience in a similar project coordination role
- Significant knowledge and abilities to perform the outlined responsibilities
- Relevant education and/or training is considered a plus
