Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator - ACA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the invoicing process for Special Projects and School Safety teams
  • Develop client relationships with architectural Accounts Payable teams
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts and optimize the invoicing process

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in process improvement/data management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
