Project Coordinator - AI Automation

Job Summary

To support the development and maintenance of Nest and Hatch sites, the full-time Project Coordinator - AI Automation will manage project work streams, utilize AI coding tools for feature development, and coordinate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Use AI-based tools to vibe code and submit diffs for project updates on Nest and Hatch sites
• Coordinate project work streams across content producers and developers, ensuring alignment on deliverables and timelines
• Build and maintain automation workflows that connect Nest/Hatch sites to internal CMS for real-time project tracking

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, MyClaw, or Gemini
• Experience in project management systems and their integration with production tooling
• Proficiency in building and maintaining web applications or sites
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
