Job Summary

To support the Professional Services team, the part-time Independent Contractor Project Coordinator - Argentina will manage 3-4 concurrent client onboarding projects, focusing on coordination, scheduling, documentation, and communication in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and track projects by supporting implementation timelines and task lists for each customer project
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating meetings and providing progress updates
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and adapting to each client's unique needs
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, customer onboarding, or implementation support (preferably in SaaS, consulting, or tech)
  • Experience managing multiple projects or coordinating resources across teams
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Jira
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
