Job Summary
To support the Professional Services team, the part-time Independent Contractor Project Coordinator - Argentina will manage 3-4 concurrent client onboarding projects, focusing on coordination, scheduling, documentation, and communication in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and track projects by supporting implementation timelines and task lists for each customer project
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating meetings and providing progress updates
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and adapting to each client's unique needs
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, customer onboarding, or implementation support (preferably in SaaS, consulting, or tech)
- Experience managing multiple projects or coordinating resources across teams
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Jira
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
