Job Summary

Serving as the primary liaison between customers and the installation workforce, the full-time remote Project Coordinator - California will manage installer schedules, coordinate assignments, and ensure a seamless installation experience for clients.

Key responsibilities:
  • Act as the central point of contact for installer schedules and work-related issues
  • Dispatch work orders to service providers and adjust workloads as necessary
  • Handle customer inquiries and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
Required qualifications:
  • Experience in the construction industry is desired
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Valid driver's license and must be over 21 years of age
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
