Job Summary
Serving as the primary liaison between customers and the installation workforce, the full-time remote Project Coordinator - California will manage installer schedules, coordinate assignments, and ensure a seamless installation experience for clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the central point of contact for installer schedules and work-related issues
- Dispatch work orders to service providers and adjust workloads as necessary
- Handle customer inquiries and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
Required qualifications:
- Experience in the construction industry is desired
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Valid driver's license and must be over 21 years of age
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
